Should I Hire A Private Investigator?

There are several reasons why hiring a Private Investigator (PI) in the DFW area could prove beneficial to your divorce, especially in the case of a complicated split.

The more detailed the evidence is, the more likely a judge is to be swayed one direction or the other.

In some cases spouses will hide assets and or lie about their income and or employment status in order to keep those assets or finances out of consideration in a divorce settlement. A PI may also help bring those situations to light. If you suspect that your spouse may be hiding substantial assets or income that outweighs the cost of a PI, then it may be worth pursuing.

In general it’s a good idea to have hired and consulted with an attorney before reaching out to a PI. An attorney can help you determine whether a PI is a good investment in your specific situation.
